Why are scan observations unavailable?

Check framing and quality before another scan.

An analysis can finish without reliable cosmetic observations. The face may be too small, the pose or lighting unsuitable, or the image insufficient.

Follow the report guidance. For a move-closer message, take a new front-facing photo with more face in the frame. An unavailable observation is not a skin finding.
